Expands the New Jersey State Board of Cosmetology and Hairstyling from 13 to 15 members

Reduces public members from three to two members representing public interests

Replaces the single licensed teacher position with four education representatives: two from public school vocational programs approved by the State Board of Education and two from licensed private schools of cosmetology and hairstyling

Maintains six licensed practitioner positions but broadens eligibility from specifically cosmetologist-hairstylists, beauticians, and barbers to any profession for which the board issues a license

Retains two members who own or operate hair braiding shops and one State executive department member
