Authorizes licensed organizations in New Jersey to conduct Queen of Hearts raffle games, a weekly drawing where participants select facedown playing cards from a 54-card board to find the Queen of Hearts

Winner of each weekly drawing who does not select the Queen of Hearts receives a cash prize according to a schedule set by the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission, with the selected card removed from play

Participant who finds the Queen of Hearts wins 50 percent of the accumulated prize, with the remaining 50 percent retained by the licensed organization as proceeds

Eligible licensees include veterans organizations, churches, charitable and educational groups, civic clubs, senior citizen associations, volunteer fire companies, and first aid squads

Directs the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission to adopt regulations governing the conduct of these raffle games
