Adds probation officers to the list of public employees whose home addresses are protected from disclosure under New Jersey's Open Public Records Act (OPRA)

Defines "probation officer" broadly to include Probation Officers, Senior Probation Officers, Master Probation Officers, Substance Abuse Evaluators, Family Court Coordinators, and supervisory positions covered by the Probation Association of New Jersey contract

Extends existing address privacy protections for judicial officers, prosecutors, and law enforcement officers to also cover probation officers and their immediate family members residing in the same household

Requires custodians of government records to redact probation officers' home addresses before granting public access to documents

Amends multiple sections of statutory law including the Open Public Records Act and identity theft protection statutes to incorporate probation officers into the protected categories
