Requires the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DOLWD) and Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired (DHS) to conduct case-by-case assessments of employment offered by community rehabilitation programs and community businesses for individuals with disabilities.

Assessments must determine if employment opportunities meet federal "competitive integrated employment" criteria under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).

Employment types subject to assessment include work crews, call centers, Rehabilitation Facilities Set-Aside Act contracts, AbilityOne contracts, and other independent work assignments.

Prohibits the state agencies from automatically disqualifying work programs from "competitive integrated employment" status solely because they operate through AbilityOne contracts or Rehabilitation Facilities Set-Aside Act contracts.

Affirms that New Jersey residents with disabilities should maintain choice in employment options and not be limited to specific types of work arrangements.
