Expands "Daniel's Law" protections to include members of the New Jersey Legislature and municipal court administrators, in addition to existing coverage for judicial officers, law enforcement officers, prosecutors, and child protective investigators.

Extends the deadline for removing protected personal information from the Internet from 10 business days to 45 business days after receiving a notification request.

Allows covered persons to authorize their employer, union/labor association, or designated agent to submit requests for nondisclosure of home addresses and unpublished telephone numbers on their behalf.

Requires the Office of Information Privacy to establish a portal for prohibiting disclosure of personal information by private entities, with penalties for non-compliance.

Maintains existing protections for immediate family members residing in the same household as covered persons, including spouses, children, parents, and other relatives related by blood or law.
