Office of Information Technology must establish an online Statewide tracking system within one calendar year for permits, licenses, certifications, and form applications issued by Executive Branch departments and their agencies

System must assign unique application numbers, provide interactivity among departments with immediate electronic access to records, and allow expedited status updates with OIT technical support

Required tracking information includes application number, applicant name, responsible department, program type, received date, current status, and expected completion date

Each principal department head determines which permits, licenses, certifications, or forms to include based on annual request volume, average approval duration, and approval difficulty

All Executive Branch departments, agencies, commissions, boards, bureaus, and offices must cooperate fully with OIT and the Chief Technology Officer to implement the system
