Increases the annual production limit for craft distillery license holders from 20,000 gallons to 100,000 gallons of distilled alcoholic beverages.

Craft distillery license holders may sell and distribute products to licensed wholesalers and retailers, sell directly to consumers on-premises for on or off-site consumption (up to 5 liters per person), and offer up to three half-ounce samples per person per day.

The license fee for craft distilleries remains $938.

Amends R.S.33:1-10, the statute governing Class A alcoholic beverage licenses in New Jersey.
