Doubles the public weighmaster appointment and renewal fee from $150 to $300.

Increases the license fee for businesses selling, trading, or repairing condemned, rebuilt, or used weighing and measuring devices from $150 to $200 per year, with authority for the Superintendent to adjust by regulation.

Removes statutory caps on fees for weighing and measuring device regulation, including the previous $25 limit per scale (under 1,000 lbs), $25 per fuel pump hose, and $50 per retail vehicle tank meter, allowing the Superintendent to set fees sufficient to cover regulatory costs.

Increases penalties for refusing inspection from $100 to $500, for hindering weights and measures officers from $100-$500 to $1,000, and for using untested weights or measures from $50-$200 to $100.
