Expands New Jersey's definition of "health care sharing ministry" to include organizations established after December 31, 1999, removing the federal Affordable Care Act requirement that ministries must have been in continuous operation since that date.

Exempts members of qualifying health care sharing ministries from New Jersey's individual health insurance mandate, meaning they will no longer be required to maintain minimum essential coverage or pay the associated state tax penalty.

Requires health care sharing ministries operating in New Jersey to post annual disclosures on their websites by March 1, including participant numbers, fees collected, reimbursement request data, denial rates, and third-party relationships.

Mandates that health care sharing ministries conduct annual independent audits following generally accepted accounting principles and make audit results publicly available, or lose their qualifying status under the bill.

Authorizes the Director of Consumer Affairs to issue notices of noncompliance and impose monetary penalties or seek injunctions against ministries that fail to meet reporting requirements within 45 days of receiving a noncompliance notice.
