Requires the Governor to establish and maintain a voluntary resume bank for individuals with disabilities seeking appointments to State boards, commissions, authorities, special committees, councils, and task forces.

The Governor must maintain a public webpage listing available appointments within State entities that accept private citizen members.

Resume bank will be accessible to both the executive branch and Legislature, allowing individuals with disabilities to upload resumes along with contact information, disability-related details, and preferred appointment interests.

All information submitted to the resume bank is confidential and exempt from public disclosure under the Open Public Meetings Act.
