Creates a 21-member Pandemic PTSD Task Force within the New Jersey Department of Human Services to study post-traumatic stress disorder among first responders, health care professionals, and other frontline workers who served during COVID-19 or future pandemics

Task force members include 5 ex officio state officials and 16 public members appointed by legislative leaders, including psychiatrists, health care professionals, law enforcement officers, firefighters, and emergency medical responders with personal PTSD experience

Requires the task force to evaluate causes, prevalence, and effects of pandemic-related PTSD, develop best practices for identification and treatment, and recommend policies and resources to improve care accessibility

Task force must submit a written report with findings and recommendations to the Governor and Legislature within 12 months of its organizational meeting

The task force and the enabling legislation will expire 30 days after the final report is submitted
