Mandatory fines for prostitution offenses (as patron or provider) committed within 500 feet of schools, school buses, registered day care facilities, or licensed child care facilities: $250 for first offense, $500 for second, $1,000 for third, and $2,000 for fourth or subsequent offenses

Offenders must complete the "Prostitution Offender Education Program," which covers risks to children from exposure to prostitution, human trafficking connections, and legal/financial consequences for families

Creates the "Prostitution Offender Education Program Fund" as a dedicated, non-lapsing fund administered by the Administrative Office of the Courts to operate the education program

Lack of awareness that the offense occurred near protected property is not a valid defense, nor is the absence of children at the time of the offense

Municipal or county maps showing 500-foot boundaries around protected properties are admissible as prima facie evidence in prosecutions
