Schools may count virtual instruction days toward the 180-day school year requirement for State aid eligibility when programs meet commissioner-established criteria.

Students with disabilities must receive equivalent educational opportunities during virtual instruction, including special education and related services delivered through electronic platforms to the greatest extent practicable.
