Department of Human Services must collaborate with the Governor's Office of Volunteerism to create or modify a web-based tool allowing NJ FamilyCare and SNAP recipients to search and apply for volunteer opportunities that satisfy federal work requirements under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (Pub.L.119-21).

Non-disabled adults ages 19-64 on NJ FamilyCare face new requirements to engage in 80 hours per month of work or community engagement activities, with eligibility recertification reduced from 12 months to 6 months.
