Provides reimbursements of up to $250 for homeowners and up to $500 for businesses who convert their lawns to approved bee-friendly plants, forbs, or legumes.

Appropriates $1 million from the General Fund to cover total reimbursement awards during the pilot program period.

Requires the Department to develop application guidelines, eligibility criteria, an informational website, and a list of approved native plants qualifying for reimbursement.

Mandates a report to the Governor and Legislature within six months after the pilot ends, summarizing participation, effectiveness, and recommendations for future funding or program continuation.
