Prohibits New Jersey state government and political subdivisions (counties, municipalities) from spending public funds to construct, renovate, or repurpose property for use as immigrant detention facilities.

Bars the sale, donation, or lease of state or local government property to any private or governmental entity for immigrant detention purposes.

Prevents public funds from being used to pay, reimburse, subsidize, or defray costs related to privately-owned or operated immigrant detention facilities.

Prohibits payment of detention costs for individuals held in facilities that are or will be at least partially privately owned.

Allows the state and political subdivisions to continue providing health and safety resources to individuals detained in immigrant detention facilities.
