Water purveyors (public water systems with more than 500 service connections) must develop and maintain a website or webpage on their municipality's or county's website to provide public access to operational information.

Required postings include current and prior fiscal year budgets, the most recent Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, and annual audits for the most recent and immediately preceding fiscal years.

Water purveyors must publish a description and map of their service area identifying each municipality served, along with contact information for all personnel exercising day-to-day supervision or management.

A list of attorneys, advisors, consultants, and other service providers receiving $17,500 or more in remuneration during the preceding fiscal year must be disclosed.

Public utilities regulated by the Board of Public Utilities are exempt from these requirements.
