Compels gaming platforms and video game marketplaces accessible to New Jersey residents to cooperate with the investigation, including responding to subpoenas within 30 days and prohibiting retaliation against whistleblowers

Establishes civil penalties of up to $5,000 per violation for platforms that fail to cooperate, with penalties deposited into the Human Trafficking Survivor's Assistance Fund

Grants immunity from civil and criminal liability to platforms and their employees who cooperate in good faith with the investigation
