Requires the Youth Justice Commission (YJC) to establish and maintain a public online registry of juveniles whose cases were waived to adult criminal court but who are serving custodial sentences in State juvenile facilities

Registry must include each juvenile's name, sentence, facility name, parole eligibility or release date, criminal history, and any other information the commission deems appropriate

Applies to juveniles waived to adult court either involuntarily or by their own election who are serving time in YJC-operated facilities

Under existing New Jersey law, juveniles convicted in adult court are presumed to serve custodial sentences in juvenile facilities until age 21, with possible extension beyond 21 with YJC discretion and juvenile consent

Bill amends P.L.2019, c.363 (C.52:17B-171.14) and takes effect immediately upon enactment
