Requires all forms, applications, and materials for age-restricted senior housing (rent, lease, sale, or resale) to be made available by mail or email upon request of a prospective resident.

Applies to housing compliant with the "housing for older persons" exception under the federal Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988.

Directs the Commissioner of Community Affairs to adopt rules and regulations necessary to implement the law.

Takes effect on the first day of the second month following enactment.
