Defines "on-demand micro transit" as publicly-available, technology-enabled shared transportation where riders select pick-up and drop-off locations via telephone or mobile app

Maintains existing funding allocation: 85% to eligible counties for transportation services and 15% to NJ Transit Corporation for capital improvements and program administration (capped at 10% for administration)

Continues funding through 8.5% of Casino Revenue Fund revenues, with minimum county allocations of $150,000 annually ($50,000-$150,000 in the first fiscal year)
