Amends the "New Jersey Menopause Coverage Act" (P.L.2025, c.200) to explicitly add testosterone therapy to the list of covered hormonal therapies for perimenopause and menopause treatment, alongside hormone replacement therapy and bioidentical hormone treatments.

Prohibits health insurers from denying coverage for testosterone therapy prescribed for perimenopause or menopause solely because the therapy lacks FDA approval specifically for those conditions.

Requires testosterone therapy benefits to be provided to the same extent as any other hormonal treatment covered under the Act.

Applies to all types of health insurance contracts in New Jersey, including hospital service corporations, medical service corporations, health service corporations, individual policies, group policies, HMOs, and State Health Benefits Commission contracts.
