New coverage minimums would be $25,000-$35,000 per person for injury/death (depending on policy date), $50,000-$70,000 per accident for multiple injuries/deaths, and $25,000 for property damage

Applies to New Jersey transportation network companies and drivers operating under the state's 2017 rideshare regulations (P.L.2017, c.26)

Coverage requirements while drivers are logged on but not actively providing rides remain unchanged at $50,000/$100,000/$25,000 for liability plus standard personal injury protection
