Requires electric public utilities to provide emergency services in age-restricted communities (55+ years old) during extended power outages lasting more than 24 consecutive hours

Utilities must set up temporary water distribution stations providing access to potable water until power is restored

Cooling stations with air conditioning or heating stations with heating capabilities must be provided, with adequate seating to accommodate residents

Charging stations for electronic devices must be made available to affected residents

Requirements apply to all planned real estate developments operated for residents 55 and older that are governed by common rules, regulations, or restrictions
