Mandates immediate suspension of school employees pending adjudication when charged with disqualifying crimes, with termination required upon conviction.

Requires criminal background check results for bus drivers and aides to be forwarded to the county superintendent where the employee would work.

Requires school districts with cameras on buses to appoint an employee to randomly review recorded footage each school year.
