Expands New Jersey's existing hearing aid coverage law ("Grace's Law") by removing the age 15 and under restriction, requiring health insurers to cover hearing aids for all ages.

Maintains the existing benefit structure: up to $1,000 per hearing aid for each ear every 24 months, when medically necessary and prescribed by a licensed physician or audiologist.

Applies to all major health insurance types including hospital service corporations, medical service corporations, HMOs, individual and group health plans, State Health Benefits Program, and NJ FamilyCare Program.

Adds new requirement for the School Employees' Health Benefits Commission to provide the same hearing aid coverage in contracts it purchases.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment and applies to health benefits plans issued or renewed after that date.
