Website must include searchable listings and an interactive map with driving directions, public transit information, tour availability and hours, photographs, and contact information for each site.

Requires coordination with multiple state agencies including the New Jersey Historical Commission, Department of Transportation, Division of Parks and Forestry, Historic Sites Council, and New Jersey Historic Trust.

Mandates website updates whenever new historic sites or districts are added by any governmental entity or receive road signs from the Department of Transportation.

Establishes a public electronic submission process for recommending new historic sites and districts to the historical and cultural roadside markers program, with standardized markers bearing the State seal.
