Requires the New Jersey Department of Education to provide any school district upon request with all data used to calculate State school aid for all districts, including adequacy budgets, equalization aid, local shares, and adjustment details.

Mandates disclosure of software program algorithms used by DOE to calculate State school aid, regardless of whether the department considers the software proprietary.

Requires DOE to provide a district-by-district reconciliation demonstrating that total local share plus total equalization aid equals total adequacy budgets statewide under the School Funding Reform Act of 2008.

Overrides existing public records law provisions (P.L.1995, c.23) to ensure transparency in school funding calculations.
