Requires all New Jersey health insurance plans to cover medically necessary perimenopause and menopause treatments, including hormone replacement therapy, bioidentical hormones, non-hormonal medications, behavioral health services, pelvic floor physical therapy, bone health treatments, and menopause management counseling.

Applies to hospital service corporations, medical service corporations, health service corporations, individual and group health policies, HMOs, small employer health benefits plans, and State and School Employees' Health Benefits programs.

Mandates that insurers provide coverage for preventative services related to perimenopause and menopause complications, including screenings for cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, and cancer.

Requires insurers to provide clear and accessible information to subscribers about covered perimenopause and menopause treatments.

Benefits must be provided to the same extent as coverage for any other medical condition under the plan.
