Requires the Administrative Office of the Courts to compile and publicly report statewide and county-level statistics on consumer debt lawsuits, including cases filed in Law Division, Special Civil Part, and Small Claims Section

Mandates tracking of specific data points: number of new filings, cases pending over three months, cases where defendants have attorney representation, judgments granted (including default judgments), and other dispositions

Defines "consumer debt lawsuit" as civil actions to enforce consumer credit contracts or collect medical debts as defined under existing New Jersey statutes

Requires annual reporting of compiled statistics to the Governor and Legislature

Takes effect on the first day of the third month following enactment, implementing Benchmarks 23 and 24 from the National Center for Access to Justice's 2024 Consumer Debt Litigation Index report
