Requires health insurance plans to cover annual preventive services at least once per calendar year (January 1 - December 31), without imposing any waiting period between coverage years.

Applies to hospital service corporations, medical service corporations, health service corporations, individual and group health insurance policies, small employer plans, HMOs, and State Health Benefits Commission contracts.

Amends P.L.2019, c.360 to add calendar year coverage requirements while explicitly stating this shall not limit the frequency of preventive service coverage.

Covered preventive services include evidence-based items rated "A" or "B" by the US Preventive Services Task Force, CDC-recommended immunizations, HRSA-supported pediatric and women's preventive care guidelines.
