Eliminates professional and occupational licensing application fees for spouses and dependents of active-duty U.S. Armed Forces members in New Jersey.

Removes the existing requirement for nonresident military spouses to pay fees for temporary courtesy licenses.

Requires all professional and occupational licensing boards to include a checkbox on applications for applicants to indicate their status as a military spouse or dependent.

Applies to all professional and occupational boards designated under New Jersey law (C.45:1-15) that issue licenses, certificates of registration, or certifications.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
