Authorizes New Jersey public school boards to use security categorical aid funding under the School Funding Reform Act of 2008 to hire school security personnel

Amends the "Secure Schools for All Children Act" to explicitly permit nonpublic schools to receive security services that include hiring school security personnel through their local school district

Codifies existing Department of Education guidance that already allows hiring security guards as an acceptable security expenditure, making it explicit in state statute

Applies to both public and nonpublic schools, with nonpublic school security services provided through the board of education in the district where the school is located

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
