New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission must offer same-day issuance of documents to customers with in-person appointments who complete applications and payments before leaving the agency location

Covered documents include standard and REAL ID driver's licenses, motorcycle licenses, learner's permits, examination permits, probationary licenses, non-driver identification cards, commercial driver licenses, and vehicle registration certificates

MVC must equip all agency locations with cameras and license printers to enable same-day document issuance

Takes effect on the first day of the third month after enactment, with the Chief Administrator authorized to take preparatory actions beforehand
