Mandates institutions adequately punish perpetrators of antisemitism with academic, professional, and legal consequences, including possible expulsion and referral for criminal prosecution.

Defines "antisemitism" using the working definition adopted by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance on May 26, 2016.
