Creates the New Jersey Workforce Industry Needs Scholarship for students pursuing certificates, credentials, diplomas, or degrees at county colleges and county vocational schools in workforce-relevant programs.

Covers tuition, fees, required course materials, and professional license fees up to $5,000 per year, applied after all other federal or State scholarships and grants.

Eligible programs include those aligned with the State's Labor Demand Occupation List and high-demand fields such as advanced manufacturing, healthcare, education, life sciences, law and public safety, and transportation/logistics.

Students must be New Jersey residents, enrolled in an eligible program, and either be employed or complete a financial literacy course; degree-seeking students must maintain a 2.0 GPA.

Scholarships available for up to 3 years for associate degree students or 2 years for other programs, with at least 5% of awards allocated to dual-enrollment students.
