Amends Article VIII, Section II, paragraph 4 of the New Jersey Constitution to dedicate revenues from any future electric vehicle sales tax (up to $100 million annually) and any future additional EV registration fees to the Transportation Trust Fund.

Dedicated funds would be used exclusively for planning, acquisition, engineering, construction, reconstruction, repair, and rehabilitation of the state's transportation system.

Does not impose any new taxes or fees on electric vehicles; the dedication only applies if the Legislature separately enacts such taxes or fees in the future.

Would not affect the standard motor vehicle registration fees that apply to all vehicles, only additional fees specifically imposed on electric vehicles.

If approved by the Legislature, the proposed constitutional amendment would be submitted to voters at a general election occurring more than three months after final legislative agreement.
