New Jersey Senate Concurrent Resolution officially condemns Hinduphobia, anti-Hindu bigotry, and intolerance, declaring the state a welcoming place for Hindu Americans

Recognizes Hinduism as one of the world's largest and oldest religions with over 1.2 billion adherents across more than 100 countries

Acknowledges that more than four million Hindus reside in the United States and have contributed to sectors including medicine, science, engineering, information technology, finance, and academia

Highlights Hindu cultural contributions such as Yoga, Ayurveda, meditation, food, music, and arts that have been widely adopted in American society

Directs copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Governor, all New Jersey members of Congress, and the Hindu American Foundation in Washington, DC
