Creates a 12-member "Joint Legislative Statesmanship Task Force" composed of 6 senators and 6 assembly members, with equal representation from majority and minority parties in each chamber.

Task force members must annually visit K-12 schools across New Jersey to discuss civility, respectful dialogue, and how to engage in productive conversations despite disagreements.

Legislators will share personal examples of bipartisan cooperation and how they resolved conflicts civilly during the legislative process.

School visits must include a cross-section of elementary, middle, and high schools in urban, suburban, and rural areas across northern, central, and southern regions of the state.

Appointing officials must consider members' records of working in a bipartisan manner when selecting task force participants.
