Designates October 12 of each year as "Jump4Jerry Day" in New Jersey to honor Jeremiah "Prince Bee" Grant, a champion Double Dutch jumper who died at age 8 in October 2017 after being struck by a car.

Jeremiah Grant was a founding member of Jersey City's Honey Bees Double Dutch team, went undefeated in first-grade competition, and performed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

Jump4Jerry is a nonprofit youth development organization created in his memory to help children acquire life skills, build confidence, and develop leadership through activities like Double Dutch.

The Governor is requested to annually issue a proclamation calling upon officials and citizens to observe the day with appropriate activities and programs.

Jerry was posthumously inducted into the Trailblazer Wall of Fame at the Mary McLeod Bethune Center in Jersey City on June 2, 2018.
