Acknowledges that since October 7, 2023, many innocent civilians have lost their lives or been injured, and extends condolences to affected community members in New Jersey with personal connections to the conflict.

Declares zero tolerance for hate, bigotry, and discrimination against any race, religion, nationality, ethnicity, or gender, and commits to ensuring the safety of Jewish, Palestinian, Israeli, Arab, Muslim, and all State residents amid increased hate crimes.

Encourages world leaders to pursue lasting, just peace and deliver humanitarian aid to the region.

Directs copies to be transmitted to the President of the United States and all New Jersey members of Congress.
