Condemns Russia's illegal deportation of more than 19,500 Ukrainian children since the 2022 invasion, with only approximately 1,900 returned to date

Reports indicate deported children are sent to over 210 militarization and "patriotic re-education" camps in Russia, Belarus, Russian-occupied Ukraine, and North Korea where they face propaganda, are forbidden from speaking Ukrainian, and receive military training

Vulnerable groups are allegedly targeted including orphans, children with disabilities, children from low-income families, and children with military parents

References the International Criminal Court's 2023 arrest warrants issued for Russian President Vladimir Putin and Children's Commissioner Maria Lvova-Belova for these deportations

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to the President, congressional leaders, and Ukrainian and U.S. ambassadors to support the swift return of all deported children
