Recognizes that Main Street businesses anchor communities and provide a sense of place for residents and visitors, but may lack resources for large-scale advertising campaigns to compete with major retailers on Black Friday

Directs copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Chief Executive Officer of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority
