Appropriates $7,241,400 from the general fund for the 57th Legislature's second session (2026), covering per diem for senators ($254,600) and representatives ($424,200), mileage reimbursement, and employee salaries and benefits ($1.7 million for Senate, $2.275 million for House employees)

Allocates $12,805,100 to the Legislative Council Service for FY 2027, including $10,916,300 for personal services and employee benefits, $485,000 for contractual services, and $1,403,800 for other costs

Provides $7,951,300 to the Legislative Finance Committee and $2,024,300 to the Legislative Education Study Committee for FY 2027 operations

Appropriates $13.2 million for legislative district staff including salaries, benefits, IT equipment, office space, and support, with unexpended balances reverting to the general fund at the end of FY 2027

Funds $2.1 million for planning and design of an integrated capital outlay data system (FY 2026-2028), $500,000 for the 2030 census redistricting data program (FY 2026-2028), and $400,000 for development of the official master database of state laws
