Appropriates $1,000,000 from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico State University for fiscal year 2027

Expands the Double Up Food Bucks program to enhance purchasing power for federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) participants

Allows SNAP participants to purchase meat, nuts, eggs, and fresh fruits and vegetables at New Mexico farmers' markets through the program

Any unexpended balance at the end of fiscal year 2027 reverts to the general fund
