Data may be aggregated at state, county, municipality, census tract, or zip code levels to prevent individual identification and ensure statistical reliability

Permitted uses include identifying demographic disparities, improving educational services, conducting academic research, fulfilling grant reporting requirements, and guiding institutional policies and funding decisions
