Amends Section 52-3-32.1 NMSA 1978 to expand the list of cancers presumed to be caused by firefighter employment after 5 years of service, adding bladder, breast (without BRCA1/2 genetic predisposition), cervical, colorectal, esophageal, ovarian, stomach, and ureter cancers

Applies to full-time, non-volunteer firefighters employed by the state or local government entities who have taken the prescribed firefighter oath

Conditions qualify for the presumption only if not revealed during initial employment medical screening or subsequent Occupational Health and Safety Act reviews

Presumptions may be rebutted by preponderance of evidence showing the firefighter engaged in outside activities posing significant risk of developing the condition

Employers must provide medical treatment as job-related unless a court determines the presumption does not apply, at which point workers' compensation insurers are reimbursed by the firefighter's health insurance plan
