Establishes a citation process giving alleged squatters 3 business days to present documentation (lease, rental agreement, deed, or proof of payment) authorizing their presence before arrest

Creates an affidavit-based removal process where property owners can initiate removal through law enforcement, with alleged squatters able to contest via counter-affidavit leading to a nonjury district court trial to determine possession rights
