Requires the Department of Health to establish immunization rules for children attending licensed child care, early childhood programs, and public, private, home, or parochial schools in New Mexico

Mandates consultation with the Public Education Department and Early Childhood Education and Care Department when promulgating vaccination rules

Authorizes the Department of Health to promulgate rules recommending immunizations for adults residing in the state

Repeals Sections 8 through 13 of Laws 2025 (1st Special Session), Chapter 5, which were scheduled to take effect on July 1, 2026

Assigns the Public Health Division responsibility for supervising and enforcing the required immunization program
