Funds development of a pregnancy and parenting resource website and hotline for expectant families and new parents

Website and hotline would provide information on social services, financial assistance, adoption services, pregnancy and parenting guidance, care centers, and other public and private resources

Any unexpended funds at the end of fiscal year 2027 revert to the general fund
